Narrative:
During climb; 'right inner tank 1 pump' faulted. Captain followed ECAM protocol and turned pump off. After looking at fuel page; found that the other pump was not working but we had no indication other than an amber circle on the fuel page and no fuel being burned out of the right inner tank. Captain selected fuel crossfeed in-line and referenced QRH since we had no ECAM indication. Captain referenced 'inner tank pump fault' and then 'fuel gravity feed' after descending to FL200; while all of this was going on we incurred a fuel imbalance of 3500 lbs. We started gravity feeding to correct imbalance; in the process checked; and found the 'right inner tank pump 1 control': circuit breaker was tripped. After discussing our dilemma; captain exercised emergency authority and reset the circuit breaker. After resetting the circuit breaker; pump worked fine and we climbed back to FL320 and continued.
