Narrative:
We were descending to cross clisk at 4000 ft and cleared for the ILS 27 via the 27 transition. The zeekk 2 STAR ends at clisk. The ILS approach starts at sills [and] there is a note to add grung to the approach. The fix grung is between clisk and sills. This is confusing because we are not allowed to add fixes to a STAR or an approach.

Title: Air carrier Captain reported confusion regarding the note to add a fix to the ZEEKK 2 STAR when the company policy does not allow it.
Narrative: We were descending to cross CLISK at 4000 ft and cleared for the ILS 27 via the 27 transition. The ZEEKK 2 STAR ends at CLISK.
