Narrative:
We were on final to runway 5 at W32 when we observed an aircraft passing us approximately 2 or 3 hundred ft above. There had been no radio call from this aircraft. We were approximately 1/2 mi from the end of the runway. The aircraft attempted to descend to land on runway 5 by making several 'south' turns. When this maneuver was unsuccessful, the pilot of the aircraft started to perform a 360 degree turn. When he was halfway through this turn he saw us and veered off to our left while we were making an evasive maneuver to the right. After we landed, I spoke to the pilot and asked him if he had made a radio call. He said that he had called on 122.7. The frequency for this airport is 122.8. The pilot seemed to have some difficulty with his leg as he emerged from the aircraft and made a remark to that effect to his friend. The aircraft involved was an small aircraft. The WX was clear, and visibility was unlimited with a light wind from the north.

Title: HELICOPTER ON APCH AT UNCONTROLLED ARPT HAD NMAC WITH SMA NOT ON UNICOM.
Narrative: WE WERE ON FINAL TO RWY 5 AT W32 WHEN WE OBSERVED AN ACFT PASSING US APPROX 2 OR 3 HUNDRED FT ABOVE. THERE HAD BEEN NO RADIO CALL FROM THIS ACFT. WE WERE APPROX 1/2 MI FROM THE END OF THE RWY. THE ACFT ATTEMPTED TO DSND TO LAND ON RWY 5 BY MAKING SEVERAL 'S' TURNS. WHEN THIS MANEUVER WAS UNSUCCESSFUL, THE PLT OF THE ACFT STARTED TO PERFORM A 360 DEG TURN. WHEN HE WAS HALFWAY THROUGH THIS TURN HE SAW US AND VEERED OFF TO OUR L WHILE WE WERE MAKING AN EVASIVE MANEUVER TO THE R. AFTER WE LANDED, I SPOKE TO THE PLT AND ASKED HIM IF HE HAD MADE A RADIO CALL. HE SAID THAT HE HAD CALLED ON 122.7. THE FREQ FOR THIS ARPT IS 122.8. THE PLT SEEMED TO HAVE SOME DIFFICULTY WITH HIS LEG AS HE EMERGED FROM THE ACFT AND MADE A REMARK TO THAT EFFECT TO HIS FRIEND. THE ACFT INVOLVED WAS AN SMA.
