Narrative:

An light transport had just departed eyw, runway 9 and was starting his left turn to 340 degree heading. I had just reinstated the heading and switch the light transport to nqx departure when I noticed an fgt on a wide left base to runway 7 at nqx (this was not coordinated). I attempted to tell the light transport about the traffic but he had already switched frequencys and I noticed him (light transport) and the fgt turn sharply to avoid each other. The light transport continued his turn to 340 degrees and was on his way. The fgt couldn't make runway 7 at nqx and I noticed him go around.
