Narrative:
Ongoing safety issue on the ramp at pbi. The ramp has some lines but lacks standard lighting; markings; and signage. This is more evident in low visibility when she has seen aircraft have to do 360-degree turns to find the exit. Please evaluate the ramp for proper signs; markings; and lighting. The grass between the two exits need to [be] lit better to ensure aircraft don't end up leaving the paved surface inadvertently. The lines currently are not curved so pilots can follow them and it would help greatly if green lights or reflectors were on the lines for night or low visibility.
