Narrative:
While en route sdf to pdk, had complete electrical/radio system failure over cha while descending to 6000'. Was able to remain clear of clouds and continued VFR. Prior to flight had new radios installed, suspect panels were not sealed properly.

Title: GA SMA HAS COMPLETE RADIO ELECTRIC FAILURE IN CHA TCA.
Narrative: WHILE ENRTE SDF TO PDK, HAD COMPLETE ELECTRICAL/RADIO SYS FAILURE OVER CHA WHILE DSNDING TO 6000'. WAS ABLE TO REMAIN CLR OF CLOUDS AND CONTINUED VFR. PRIOR TO FLT HAD NEW RADIOS INSTALLED, SUSPECT PANELS WERE NOT SEALED PROPERLY.
