Narrative:
Aircraft called in with sand in engines. I determined with crew chief and supervisor it was due to jet blast. This requires a borescope as well as an inspection 05-xx-xx. Neither were accomplished. This is [the] second incident that happened this week. One was an electrical wiring interconnect system (ewis) that was signed off for a belly wash and now this. Safety is being violated.
