Narrative:

After a full cross-country flight I had returned to ZZZ and landed. I completed the taxi back to runway 32. Up to this point no issues were felt. The landing was smooth as well. I received clearance to do another trip around the pattern. Pulled out on runway 32 and everything still seemed good. Applied power started the roll down the runway had full control of the aircraft. As soon as I rotated off the runway the aircraft instantly tried to yaw to the right and roll to the left. I instantly pushed left rudder and right aileron. At this point the only option I could see was get altitude. I climbed to 1200 did a left 180. At this point with the aircraft still pulling left and I was trying to get the aircraft to climb it was pulling back toward the approach of 32 so to keep from causing a bigger problem with aircraft on approach I [advised ATC]. I went out about 10 miles to get somewhat stable and turned back to runway 32. As I was on final back to 32 the aircraft stabilized enough that I felt comfortable with attempting the landing. From that point I did not feel comfortable with using the rudder so I landed without the rudder. It was a very slight crab landing. In the roll out the nose gear was working so I continued the the taxi to the ramp.

Title: PA-28 student pilot reported unusual rudder control problems after takeoff for unknown reasons.
