Narrative:

Upon returning to the airport after a flight and shutting down on the general aviation ramp at phf; I was approached by an angry individual who alleges that the prop wash from my aircraft blew the small sliding 'accordion' type doors on his hangar shut when I taxied past prior to engine shutdown. The large 'garage door' type doors on his hangar were shut at the time of the incident; and the individual who approached me was standing approximately 150 feet away from his hangar during the time this incident allegedly occurred. It is never my intention to operate an aircraft in any manner; which may cause damage or injury to personnel or property. I have conducted operations on this ramp in the past; and this was my first experience dealing with a complaint of this nature. The route used to taxi during this flight was the same that I had used during all previous flights at this airport. Contributing factors to this issue include poor ramp design; proximity [of] parked aircraft that limit alternate taxi routes; lack of standardized taxi procedures on the ramp; nonexistent or nonstandard taxiway markings on the ramp; and sliding 'accordion' type hangar doors that were left unattended and not secured. I will be more cognizant of open hangar doors while taxiing in the future.
