Narrative:
This is to report that at the above time I was giving flight instruction to a student involving engine out procedures and that in some circumstances the aircraft was flown below 500' AGL. The area is uncongested and when doing so all requirements of far 91.119 were adhered to. I am submitting this in response to complaint from neighbor to palomar tower and further suggestion for FAA FSDO san.

Narrative: THIS IS TO RPT THAT AT THE ABOVE TIME I WAS GIVING FLT INSTRUCTION TO A STUDENT INVOLVING ENG OUT PROCS AND THAT IN SOME CIRCUMSTANCES THE ACFT WAS FLOWN BELOW 500' AGL. THE AREA IS UNCONGESTED AND WHEN DOING SO ALL REQUIREMENTS OF FAR 91.119 WERE ADHERED TO. I AM SUBMITTING THIS IN RESPONSE TO COMPLAINT FROM NEIGHBOR TO PALOMAR TWR AND FURTHER SUGGESTION FOR FAA FSDO SAN.
