Narrative:
Upon landing rollout following a glider tow; direct crosswind may have shifted to a quartering tailwind just as I was about to turn off the turf runway. AWOS was reporting winds at 14-15 gusting to 21. A gap in the mountain range to the northwest may have funneled turbulent updrafts to the rollout area of the runway. Controls were in the proper position for the crosswind rollout. Just as I was about to turn off the runway the aircraft nosed over onto the propeller; stopping the engine. I immediately cut off switches and existed the aircraft. No structural damage to the aircraft was evident.
