Narrative:
While riding as a passenger in a yak 52 aircraft piloted by another pilot who represented himself as qualified in this particular aircraft; as he completed a rough VFR landing and decided to go around; the pilot mistakenly raised the landing gear while the aircraft settled onto the runway causing damage to the propeller and underside of the aircraft. There were no injuries and the aircraft was towed to its hangar for repair evaluation.
