Narrative:
First officer leg captain monitor! At start of takeoff roll aircraft veered right while I felt first officer use full left rudder! Reject was called and I kept aircraft on runway with the tiller. We slowly taxied testing the rudder pedals with no effect! Tiller worked normally so we vacated the runway and slowly taxied in. Maintenance took aircraft out of service.
