Narrative:
We were cleared for the ILS27 approach at iah following the Linkk1 arrival. On our descent on the Linkk1; we were encountering significant wake turbulence from the proceeding aircraft. We flew the arrival a little high to stay out of the wake turbulence. Approaching the waypoint geygr; the first officer saw that she was tracking a little high. She kicked off the autopilot extended the speed brakes and crossing geygr we were inside 100ft of the mandatory altitude of 4000ft. ATC commented that geygr was a mandatory altitude as well as the next waypoint syyko at 3000ft. My reply was a bit hesitant but I stated that we would indeed make the next altitude on the approach. The rest of the approach was uneventful. On landing roll; tower gave us a telephone number to call at TRACON to talk to a controller. We called after parking at our gate. He told us that it might have been a glitch on his end; but he had us as crossing the waypoint geygr at 5100ft. We assured him that we were well inside of 100ft of the 4000ft mandatory altitude at geygr and had no trouble making the syyko altitude at 3000ft. The ATC controller stated again that it could have been his equipment and not to worry about getting in trouble.
