Narrative:
After landing on runway 14R at ord we were cleared by ground to taxi via the parallels to hold short of stub. I conferred with copilot and he agreed on what we thought was the runway 27L parallel. Once we turned left we saw white runway centerline and realized we were on runway 27L! We immediately cleared at next exit. No conflict. Runways and txwys are poorly marked and lit and should be improved.
