Narrative:
Off course during approach before FAF (final approach fix) due to localizer behavior with flight director on the ILS approach. Received a low altitude alert from approach controller due to it and immediately corrected. Fully stable by 1000 feet. Localizer movement for the ILS approach caused flight director to overcorrect.
