Narrative:
After departure runway 14L at 300' AGL tail compartment overheat master warning light came on. First officer initiated the emergency checklist, contacted ATC and brief the F/as to the nature of the problem. We ran all checklist and landed. We had emergency vehs standing by. All indications were normal so we continued to gate and deplaned the aircraft. The situation was uneventful.

Title: ACR MLG OT A TAIL CONE OVERHEAT WARNING AFTER TKOF FROM IAH. RETURN LAND.
Narrative: AFTER DEP RWY 14L AT 300' AGL TAIL COMPARTMENT OVERHEAT MASTER WARNING LIGHT CAME ON. F/O INITIATED THE EMER CHKLIST, CONTACTED ATC AND BRIEF THE F/AS TO THE NATURE OF THE PROB. WE RAN ALL CHKLIST AND LANDED. WE HAD EMER VEHS STANDING BY. ALL INDICATIONS WERE NORMAL SO WE CONTINUED TO GATE AND DEPLANED THE ACFT. THE SITUATION WAS UNEVENTFUL.
