Narrative:

After landing; when exiting the runway; we received master caution with engine overhead showing both engines' cont and rev lights illuminated. Engines were non-responsive to throttle movement when exiting the runway. We could not get engines to move above idle thrust. With a throttle high-power setting; nothing happened. Both engines remained at idle thrust and the aircraft could not taxi. After about 15 seconds; both engines began showing normal indications (except for the overhead lights; cont and rev still illuminated) and became responsive again.since the cause is unknown; this report is being produced to see if there is a software or other change as maintenance found no irregularities. If this had occurred while airborne; situation would have had obvious consequences.
