Narrative:
We were cleared from FL310 to FL350. Passing FL320 controller issued a clearance for an immediate descent to FL310 and also issued an immediate heading change to us and another aircraft who was at FL330. We saw the other aircraft pass over us while we were leveling at FL310.

Title: ARTCC RADAR CTLR ISSUED A CLIMB CLRNC OT AN ACFT. THE ACFT WAS CLIMBING THROUGH FL320 AND CTLR ISSUED AN IMMEDIATE DESCENT AND A TURN TO AVOID ANOTHER ACFT AT FL330. STANDARD SEPARATION WAS LOST.
Narrative: WE WERE CLRED FROM FL310 TO FL350. PASSING FL320 CTLR ISSUED A CLRNC FOR AN IMMEDIATE DSNT TO FL310 AND ALSO ISSUED AN IMMEDIATE HDG CHANGE TO US AND ANOTHER ACFT WHO WAS AT FL330. WE SAW THE OTHER ACFT PASS OVER US WHILE WE WERE LEVELING AT FL310.
