Narrative:
ZZZ center coordinated a point-out on aircraft X (landing ZZZ) which was approved. Right after the aircraft left my airspace; I noticed it made a sharp 180 degree turn towards ZZZ1. Soon after; center called and told me the aircraft had run out of fuel and was not going to make it to ZZZ1. I dialed 911 and was transferred a few times but eventually was able to tell the county sherriff's office about the landing. The supervisor took over the call when he came into the facility. The sherriff's office was able to locate the plane and told the supervisor that the pilot was okay and the aircraft was undamaged.
