Narrative:
Air carrier X first call to eyw tower was over the eyw VOR. (Well inside the eyw air traffic area). After air carrier X landed I asked him when nqx switched him over? He said 'right when I called you, over the VOR.' this late turnover was not coordination by nqx the atm had told me not to log these incidents.
