I was flying from pou to 1b1 in an small aircraft, aircraft X. My friend was also and he took off 10 mins before me. I was approaching an small aircraft, aircraft Y, that I thought was him and came a little too close for standard sep. I realized it was not him when he reported over sky park in a voice that was unfamiliar to me after that, I flew to give him more room.
