Narrative:
Taxiway lights for runway 11 seem mis-located. 5 lights are located 15 yards beyond the hold short lines for runway 11. These can easily be misinterpreted for the hold line, allowing crew to pass the painted hold short lines. The yellow flashing lights are located well away from the taxiway, making them less than highly visable during low visability operations. Most airports have these lights right next to taxiway not 10 yards away.
