Narrative:
The linconton radar site is causing a massive amount of radar jumps/split beacons and false beacons on the macey 2 arrival into atl. This has been reported by myself at least 30 times in the last 2 weeks. The controllers do not know where the aircraft is at. In my opinion, this is unsafe.
