Narrative:
This report concerns taxiway markings in dca. As far as I know, there were no FAA or company rule violations. The taxiway lines and markings are extremely difficult to see in rain and glare conditions. Due to the close proximity of the runway and txwys, the lines should be re-painted and outlined in black prior to the winter season.
