Narrative:
We pushed and received clearance to taxi to exit point 6E with the caveat to deviate south around the pushed B737. As we were taxing on taxiway cs towards the ramp's center; flight XXX had apparently been given the same instructions with no indication whatsoever of our de-confliction with them. They were heading north to cs and we were on cs heading east; both of us vying for the same piece of concrete at the same time.this ramp tower controller always sounds as if yelling on the radio. [The controller's] non-standard procedures and communications (and tone) make for numerous repeated radio calls; blocking the normal flow and distracting [the controller] from safety issues as [the controller] clobbers the radio with unnecessary communications.
