Narrative:
In cruise flight the aircrafts RPM's were shown to drop from 1;750 to 1;450. There was no indication of loss of engine performance but had indications of a slow decrease we [advised ATC] and turned back to ZZZ airport. Upon short approach we noticed that the torque was indicating 0.0. Landed safely with no other problems.
