Narrative:

Shortly after take-off on the gap departure we received a windshear warning. We complied with the windshear escape maneuver. We were empty; bleeds closed for first flight so by the time we exited the windshear warning we were climbing nearly 6;000 fpm. We returned to course; started to clean up the aircraft and climb to assigned altitude of 10;000 feet. During this time I was trying to check in with ATC; ATC finally responded with traffic alert; instructions to maintain 5;000 feet and a left turn. We leveled the aircraft at 5;000 feet and made the left turn. At about the same time we received an RA (resolution advisory) for traffic at 12 o'clock. The 5;000 feet level off silenced the RA. When we landed; we were asked to call norcal TRACON. I called and we were informed that we were on the wrong departure frequency. We were on 120.9 and supposed to be on 135.1. On taxi out the first officer (first officer) told me 120.9 for departure. I looked on the gap chart and it said 120.9 for northwest departures. In my mind this verified the correct frequency. On our pre departure clearance (pre-departure clearance) however it did say 135.1 departure frequency and we both missed it. Cause was not thoroughly reading entire pre departure clearance. So very important to make sure to read entire pre departure clearance and confirm info and settings with the other pilot.
