Narrative:

It was a normal day. I was taxiing down the runway at a high rate of speed. I think I may have hit a badger hole but I am not sure. The runway is not level and it is a private grass strip. The plane ballooned to the right; tire flew off; accelerated and lost control. The plane flipped over on its top. I exited the plane without any injuries. The plane is on my own property and no other property damage was done. The plane has major damage. The discovery is north/a. Corrective actions is north/a because there was no reason for concern of having an accident. My performance was adequate ground taxi just like any normal day. The visibility was unlimited and the meteorological conditions were normal. The quality of human performance was normal. My perception; judgment and decisions were normal. The plan for the day was to check the maintenance on the plane by taxiing up and down the runway. There was no flight intended.
