Narrative:
We were preparing for the breakfast and beverage service. The purser proceeded to call us back to aft galley. He explained it wasn't imminent, but we were going to return to lax. We then put the carts away, and answered questions from passenger. The captain made a PA announcement explained what had happened and the corrective measures we were taking. He also told them it was a safety issue.
