Narrative:
On taxi-out at ord we experienced a loss of communication on frequency 121.75. We were able to receive ground and comply with their directions, however they were unable to receive us. We replied numerous times on both radios to no avail. Finally we switched over to 121.9 where we were able to be heard. We suspect that it was not our radio because we tried both of them. However, when we switched frequencys we were immediately acknowledged.
