Narrative:

After clearance to cross macey intersection at 250 KTS 13000 ft, we lost ability to transmit on any of 3 communication radios. Continued toward atl VOR to enter holding pattern at 13000 ft. At 15 DME, discovered we could receive on #2 radio. Continued approach and landing using transponder to acknowledge instructions. Approach and landing uneventful. Contacted atlanta approach control by phone and was advised that no conflicts or violations occurred. On aug/mon/95 checked with air carrier maintenance and discovered problem had been caused by first officer's hand held microphone.
