Narrative:

We had been doing traffic patterns to practice landings. We were communicating 122.7; and knew we were on the right frequency due to the communication with other aircraft also in the pattern. We performed a landing on runway 18 to a full stop and taxied back to the beginning of the runway. While holding short of runway 18; we announced on CTAF 122.7 that we were about to take off and monitored on the radio frequency for any other traffic in the traffic pattern; particularly on base-to-final. No other traffic was in the area making radio calls; final approach path was clear. We proceeded onto the runway and proceeded to fly a normal take off. At approximately 500 feet AGL; we heard a tis (traffic information system) alert for 'traffic.' we lowered the nose of our airplane and saw traffic straight ahead on an apparent collision path. We immediately turned left towards east to avoid a collision. After avoiding the collision; we looked back at the airplane to observe what they were doing. They appeared to be on approach to runway 36. The aircraft did not appear to take any evasive action to avoid the collision. They continued on their approach and appeared to execute a go-around before touching down. We were able to read a tail number ending in 'xx.' we attempted to make contact on 122.7 with the aircraft with no response. We stayed in the area; clearing the local area for any other potential traffic. We returned to the area; making position reports on 122.7 and was able to verify the frequency was operational due to other traffic making position calls.
