Narrative:
Small aircraft was southbound off sdf level at 16000', mys direct bwg and was very slow. An small transport was cct direct ewo landing at lou at 17000'. Radar trnee descended small transport to 11000' and forgot about the small aircraft and latitude sep was lost before vertical sep was achieved.
