Narrative:
Cleared [to] taxi. Taxi light on and two vehicles ignored light that could have easily stopped forcing us to delay taxi. After they passed I observed another vehicle in the distance and began my left turn. Best way to describe it is like coming to a 4 way stop. You have right of way and begin to enter intersection and another vehicle which should have stopped and could have easily decides not too. This forces you to slam on brakes to avoid collision. I had to call flight attendant (flight attendant) to ensure everyone in back was ok.
