Dg (dangerous goods) not manifested on correct uld. It was not correctly lashed and proper build-up procedure was not followed for dg. Dg should always be manifested and lashed correctly due to the dg hazard. Build-up and loading personnel are not properly educated and not paying enough attention on relevant dg procedure.

Title: Safety Analyst reported a prevalence of HAZMAT procedure discrepancies due primarily to inadequate training.
Narrative: DG (Dangerous Goods) not manifested on correct ULD. It was not correctly lashed and proper build-up procedure was not followed for DG.
