Narrative:
Nxyz, an small aircraft, collapsed nose gear upon landing runway 04R at jfk. Nxyz came from frg into jfk. He was instructed to follow a widebody transport straight in. Nxyz was on right downwind. Nxyz had the widebody transport in sight, was instructed to follow and received a wake turbulence cautionary advisory. He was cleared to land, and advised his nose gear had collapsed. After landing local control and ground control coordinated to get emergency vehs to the scene expeditiously.

Title: SMA COLLAPSES NOSE GEAR UPON LNDG BEHIND WDB. PLT HAD RECEIVED VORTEX WARNING.
Narrative: NXYZ, AN SMA, COLLAPSED NOSE GEAR UPON LNDG RWY 04R AT JFK. NXYZ CAME FROM FRG INTO JFK. HE WAS INSTRUCTED TO FOLLOW A WDB STRAIGHT IN. NXYZ WAS ON RIGHT DOWNWIND. NXYZ HAD THE WDB IN SIGHT, WAS INSTRUCTED TO FOLLOW AND RECEIVED A WAKE TURB CAUTIONARY ADVISORY. HE WAS CLRED TO LAND, AND ADVISED HIS NOSE GEAR HAD COLLAPSED. AFTER LNDG LCL CTL AND GND CTL COORDINATED TO GET EMER VEHS TO THE SCENE EXPEDITIOUSLY.
