Narrative:
At XA15 I took control of OC3/4. The progress report over beats had been taken by the previous controller. I made the xfer to hnl cerap on widebody transport and stated FL350 while I circled FL370. The aircraft contacted hnl over bradr at FL370. I believe a readback by the accepting facility may have reduced the chance of missing this error. Also I may have been more aware that what was said was in error if I had been the one to take the progress report over beats. Otherwise cause lapse of awareness.
