Narrative:
Aircraft suffered an electrical failure en route from hus to crew. Approached crew looking for light signals. Flew downwind leg and orbited to left and flew downwind a second time. Aircraft observed on the runway. No light signal seen. Proceeded to cypress bay and landed and closed flight plan.
