Narrative:
Flight from mex to dfw. #3 throttle had to be advanced to the fire wall to achieve approximately 2.00 EPR. Normal power setting was 2.12. The captain thought the EPR was in error as N1 and other engine INS matched engines 1 and 2. We continued to dallas uneventfully and wrote up the problem. Later it was found that a bleed valve was missing from the engine. In retrospect, we should have aborted and had the problem investigated further before continuing.
