Narrative:
Normal takeoff. Flew to 1100' AGL over commercial and residential area. Noted more balloons in a park about 3/4 mi ahead north my projected flight path. They were launching from large park. I descended into the park over a lake, reaching 50' AGL. Flew next to another balloon over the water for 10 mins. Flight path then took me over land toward another balloon that just inflated and was about to takeoff. I climbed at 500 FPM to give him clearance to launch. Continued climb to 1000' AGL over horse farm. Flew on for 10-15 mins and landed in large field 1/2 mi north of park. I may have violated minimum altitude regulations over park. Intention was to land in park, but balloon inflating in front of me caused me to ascend and fly on instead of hinder other pilot's launch.

Title: HOT AIR BALLOON FOLEW LOW VER A PARK IN PREPARATION FOR LNDG, CHANGED HIS MIND AND FLEW PAST THE PARK.
Narrative: NORMAL TKOF. FLEW TO 1100' AGL OVER COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL AREA. NOTED MORE BALLOONS IN A PARK ABOUT 3/4 MI AHEAD N MY PROJECTED FLT PATH. THEY WERE LAUNCHING FROM LARGE PARK. I DSNDED INTO THE PARK OVER A LAKE, REACHING 50' AGL. FLEW NEXT TO ANOTHER BALLOON OVER THE WATER FOR 10 MINS. FLT PATH THEN TOOK ME OVER LAND TOWARD ANOTHER BALLOON THAT JUST INFLATED AND WAS ABOUT TO TKOF. I CLBED AT 500 FPM TO GIVE HIM CLRNC TO LAUNCH. CONTINUED CLB TO 1000' AGL OVER HORSE FARM. FLEW ON FOR 10-15 MINS AND LANDED IN LARGE FIELD 1/2 MI N OF PARK. I MAY HAVE VIOLATED MINIMUM ALT REGS OVER PARK. INTENTION WAS TO LAND IN PARK, BUT BALLOON INFLATING IN FRONT OF ME CAUSED ME TO ASCEND AND FLY ON INSTEAD OF HINDER OTHER PLT'S LAUNCH.
