Narrative:
Mci ground cleared us to taxi to runway 19R via taxiway B. Taxiway B is no longer charted on the mci taxi diagram from D to A6. It was previously under construction and apparently was taken off the taxi diagram. However it is now open and the mci ATIS states it is open; yet it is not charted.
