Narrative:
Problem arose due to hurried state of events, early block out time, disorganization of ground crew personnel. Fuel was miscalculated and not visually checked resulting in an engine flame-out during cruise. Fuel gauges were grossly inaccurate. It was captain's second time over route. It was copilot's and load master's first time. Load master was a new employee and was not qualified to get as a load master. Company van which carries employees to work arrived within 35 mins of block out time. Aircraft which is usually configured and fueled the night before was not resulting in hurried state of affairs. Finally, aircraft and crew was operated in and environment where spanish was used as the primary language instead of english. Slowed operation resulted here.
