Narrative:

As we descended through approximately FL260; we heard a sudden sound of cabin air loss from behind us and both of us agreed to descend to a lower altitude. I could feel it in my ears too. Descending through approximately FL210; the air noise quit and the cabin pressure stabilized. We continued down to 11;000 as cleared by ATC and continued to our original destination without incident. I apologized to the passengers for the abrupt descent; but explained that we did it as an abundance of caution.
