Narrative:
I was notified that I loaded a 'smart' bag. The bag made it into ZZZ from a down line station; made it to the bag make up area; was noticed by an employee; set aside; [and] then reloaded by another employee. When [bag room] noticed that the bag was missing they came out to the gate to retrieve the bag. We were able to remove the bag with no issues.
