Narrative:
Flight departed ZZZ to ZZZ1 and returned to ZZZ after a failure of environmental controls left crew unable to control temperature inside aircraft. During climb thru approximately FL160 air condition system commanded full hot in all zones and cabin and flight deck temperatures rapidly rose. Crew was unable to regain control and as temperature reached very high levels; elected to return to ZZZ without further incident.
