Narrative:
After landing I turned off onto a short taxiway and stopped to allow 2 taxiing aircraft to cross in front from right to left. While waiting in this position, another aircraft landed and turned off onto the same short taxiway and stopped in a position to the rear and left side of my aircraft. After a wait of some seconds I allowed my aircraft to roll forward some 6-8' before deciding to stop again and wait for the second crossing aircraft to get clear. The pilot of the aircraft which had stopped to the left and read of my position apparently saw my aircraft start forward and started forward himself, not realizing I had stopped again. The tip of his propeller contacted my left wing tip bow and necessitated replacement of the bow and repair of his propeller tip. The damage was of a minor nature.

Title: GA SMA TAXIED INTO THE REPORTER'S SMA AS IT WAS HOLDING FOR OTHER TRAFFIC.
Narrative: AFTER LNDG I TURNED OFF ONTO A SHORT TXWY AND STOPPED TO ALLOW 2 TAXIING ACFT TO CROSS IN FRONT FROM RIGHT TO LEFT. WHILE WAITING IN THIS POS, ANOTHER ACFT LANDED AND TURNED OFF ONTO THE SAME SHORT TXWY AND STOPPED IN A POS TO THE REAR AND LEFT SIDE OF MY ACFT. AFTER A WAIT OF SOME SECS I ALLOWED MY ACFT TO ROLL FORWARD SOME 6-8' BEFORE DECIDING TO STOP AGAIN AND WAIT FOR THE SECOND XING ACFT TO GET CLR. THE PLT OF THE ACFT WHICH HAD STOPPED TO THE LEFT AND READ OF MY POS APPARENTLY SAW MY ACFT START FORWARD AND STARTED FORWARD HIMSELF, NOT REALIZING I HAD STOPPED AGAIN. THE TIP OF HIS PROP CONTACTED MY LEFT WING TIP BOW AND NECESSITATED REPLACEMENT OF THE BOW AND REPAIR OF HIS PROP TIP. THE DAMAGE WAS OF A MINOR NATURE.
