Narrative:
While climbing to cruise altitude of FL210 encountered moderate turbulence and rain near level-off. PF was concentrating on maneuvering around cells. PNF was talking to ATC. Both pilots punched out altitude alert lights. Aircraft shot past level-off altitude of FL210 to 21400'. Corrected back to FL210. Recommend: do not punch out altitude alert lights. Both pilots were on high minimums. Recommend only 1 pilot be on high minimums.
