Narrative:
INS departure procedure was given which stated a right turn at 800'. While lining up for departure at runway a big sign stated for jet and large aircraft a noise abatement procedure should be followed in VFR conditions in which a straight climb to 2500' before turns are permitted. Remember, ATC clrncs even in good VFR conditions take priority over any other procedures.
