Narrative:
Remained on an assigned heading of 120 degree in the heading select mode (large transport). Center said they gave us direct to bucko intersection. I do not remember rogering the clearance. At the time of the supposed clearance we were dealing with a fault in the APU door system which was causing some aircraft vibration. Obviously we as a crew missed the clearance; a case of being distracted by aircraft systems and a subsequent loss of ATC monitoring.
